Freshly chilled cubed blue marlin, tuna,tanigue or bangus steeped perfectly in sweet sour cream sauce mixture and perked with the richness of coconut wine and fresh spices,this dish inspired by “Tabon-Tabon Fruit” an ingredient used by the natives of Mindanao,is guaranteed to bring out that delicious taste that only Poy could give.
